The IFAK Advance (Pro) is what is known as an ITK (Individual Trauma Kit), i.e. a kit that provides quality equipment to try to save a life in an emergency situation caused by a penetrating wound.

Based on numerous military operational RetEx, it is designed to provide first aid to a victim of penetrating wounds (penetrating objects, stab wounds, bullets, blast debris).

The IFAK Advance (Pro) provides the rescuer with the essentials to stop massive bleeding, to treat major bleeding, to treat blowing wounds to the lungs (pneumothorax), to clear the upper airway - including a nasopharyngeal cannula, to prevent hypothermia, and to protect oneself during the intervention.

A well thought-out, transparent checklist allows you to review the essentials of the intervention protocol without even having opened the kit.

It also contains a "casualty" form which ensures that when the casualty is handed over to the professional rescue services, no details of our assessments and actions are omitted, thus making the rescuer a proactive link in the chain of survival. It is the essential complement to the IFAK for people exposed to the risk of penetrating wounds.

Its vacuum packaging protects the contents from the elements and other causes of damage, while keeping its weight and size to a minimum.

Our kit is sold without a one-handed tactical tourniquet. However, it is essential to complete it with a one-handed tactical tourniquet of your choice. We strongly advise you to equip yourself with the "CAT-Tourniquet" GEN7 from North American Rescue that you can also find in our store.
